I came in as a walk-in with my son, all I wanted was a cleanup of the sides of his hair with clippers. Something that would take 5 min or less to do. The person that was asked to do it, was just sitting on a possible break. I was asked to come back in 15 minutes, and then he would do it. I came back in 20 minutes, as I went to get my son lunch, and the gentleman had already blah. Then the lady proceeded to tell me that I was gone for an hour, which is absolutely incorrect as I only went down the street to order fries, we literally ate a few bites, and came back. I received the worst customer service I could've ever received anywhere, on top of my presence made to feel more like a hassle than welcome.
