Bad company. Installed a new heat pump for over $3000 just over a year ago but Diverse takes absolutely no responsibility, offered a service call at $85, which is a great way to make money when you know clients will need them so soon after install. The secretary Charlene is absolutely non empathetic, actually rather pathetic. DO NOT BUY FROM DIVERSE - U R WARNED.

Great to work with, knowledgeable, affordable, fast and professional. The gentleman working on my unit talked me through all the work he was doing so I had a very good understanding of the problem and how he was fixing it. Would highly highly recommend.

Tim was excellent, efficient/fast, trustworthy. Explained everything in detail, but in a way to understand. Offered great information, and made sure to promote great upgrade to the existing system, to have piece of mind, and better functionalities. Definitely will contact and ask for his great service again, if needed.
