1 star for the simple fact they charge 200 dollars to drive 10 mins in each direction and dislikes non French speakers. Find a different tow company if you can
Worst company ever. They took advantage of a stranded tourist. Worst customer Service and the made me pay close to 1000$ and never fixed issue. They made me wait over 5 hours knowing i was not from there. Stay away if they bring you to their garage. They work with Caa and tow all the stranded people to their garage. I also think they dont like speaking english but they all live in Ontario. Go figure. When you get your car towed by CAA, you chose a garage and avoid these guys.
He was rude and didn’t seem to care about damaging the truck further. Would never recommend or use again. Terrible customer service. In agreement with other reviews and also feel as though I was disliked for being an English customer.
In addition to my previous review I must add that the two drivers I had refuse me service because I had my dog with me seemingly disliked me for not speaking French
I ended picking this tow company after calling 3. They had the best prices, they were friendly and understood my needs well and on top of it they were quick. If you a towing with experience GO with them 1st. A+++
