If you want a doctor you can make an appointment with, Dr. Hersi is not the doctor for you. Can never get through to the office. Not only have we been trying for 3 days to get through to ANYONE, they have voice-mail that is full, they make no mention of their business hours or if they are closed for any reason, and their website on Google search takes you to a pharmacy in Grimsby.

Awesome Doctor!! Takes her time to figure out exactly what's wrong. Explains things thourghly and even follows up by calling you. Angela is lovely to. Very friendly and caring.

Dr Hersi and her assistant, Angela are credits to their respective professions. Friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Both poses excellent communication skills and are easy to work with. There's even a pharmacy in the same building, so convenient! If you're looking for a wonderful family doctor, look no further!
