    Yard waste left at curb many days before collection

    Seems to be unaware of the region of peel's waste management by-laws which among other things, prohibits leaving yard waste at a residential curb before 7:00 pm the day before collection. Very disrespectful when asked to take the yard waste away in one of his two vehicles.
