After searching for a mattress for my mother and falling in love with one I wanted for myself at the brick in Barrie, Sia offered the best service by contacting me when the mattress I wanted went on sale. She was the best and knew I would be happy with the price. Thank you Sia for making me an extremely happy customer.

My 81 year old mother saved for over a year to buy a new refrigerator and purchased a (supposedly) new Whirlpool from the Brick in Barrie. Within 2 weeks it died, all her food went rotten and she has been living out of a cooler for over a month while the Brick and Whirlpool do nothing.... She bought the extended warranty for $150... worthless.... Whirlpool sent a tech who told her the fridge wasnt worth fixing and no way it was new, but likely one somebody else had returned and is junk.
