Astro Property Management

Horrible experience with this property management company as we are currently living through an absolute nightmare at 797 Montreal Rd. We just moved in and we were lied to about how quiet it would be. They concealed that 2 children under 4 are below us. They have been; jumping off of furniture, screaming, yelling, throwing things, banging, running, stomping, from room to room 24/7. We haven’t been able to live there and they have refused to investigate even though we have recordings and audio.

Today the manager of this "company" and a man barged into the backyard of my property and told me to clean up my deck, and all this while I was getting ready to go to work! Not only did they startle me, but also i got priceless information that i am at risk of damaging my deck. And how is that their business???? Thanks very much, lovely!

Extremely aggressive, rude and unprofessional company. Zero stars for customer service.
