Hired Trevor to clear my clogged toilet. Fee was "$425 plus HST to clear a plugged sewer." He removed the toilet and ran the snake a very short distance. When the toilet flushed, he assured me the sewer was "clear." When the toilet clogged later in the day, a camera revealed a paper clog further in the line. When I asked him to reduce his $644 bill given his failure to "unplug the sewer," he yelled aggressively and threatened me with "court papers." He then texted me the same threats. Horrified.

Expensive!!! To replace my toilet he charged $787.75 - I wasn't even that upset about that until I talked to other landlords and plumbers. Then I had him drop by to inspect my heating, he was there for 15 min, did not fix ANYTHING, and still charged me $172.50. I can't afford this plumber. So if you need to be savvy like me, this guy is not for you.

Toilet was clogged and had just moved into the house. Came quickly, super sweet and friendly and fast. Great guy. Suggested better toilet paper too. Big store brand was also clogging toilet. Definitely using Trevor again. Works like a charm!!

Trevor has done plumbing work for me over that past ten years. He is the best! Professional, extremely knowledgeable, diagnoses the problem right away, and gets the job done quickly and efficiently.

Genius,no doubt about that, and i am not fooling! Super at diagnosing problem of my electric furnace and answered my call promptly. So professional, he is the go to guy from now on for all my plumbing and heating problems. AGAIN GENIUS .
