The product itself is great....but the customer service from Dartmouth is terrible. We have been waiting for our screens and handles for almost a year. The first time the screens went in they were a 1/4 of an inch too small so that when it was really windy they would come out of the track. The same person said they would take the measurements and come back with the right size. Seven months later the same guys came back and now it's an inch too small....and forgot the handles.
