Drain Surgeons

Tried to put in a dishwasher myself, but ended up making a mess. Drain Surgeons came over the same day and installed everything perfectly ... even got some helpful tips about plumbing in case I try something like that again. Not likely ... have Drain Surgeons on my phone.

For the first time ever, my sewer backed up, an hour and a half *before* a home inspector and potential buyers were supposed to turn up. Chris came right over, and did a thorough job of making sure everything was checked out and done up right. Proficient, personable, relaxed (I needed that, given my situation), and SO WELL-PRICED!! That is the only plumber contact in my phone now!

Had nasty water coming through the basement floor, turned out to be much worse than I thought. The guy who showed up (not even 2 hours after I called!) not only cleared the drain but helped me through the entire process as I had to get the city involved. 6 days later.. heard from an employee from Drain Surgeons every day until it was done! I got much more than I expected! You don't usually think of Customer Service when calling a Plumbing company but I promise you you'll be impressed.
