    No-show to quote meeting

    After speaking a couple of times on the phone, we arranged an appointment for the next day so he could give me a quote on some work. I suggested we wait a couple of months as I had another unexpected project I had to deal with first, but he talked me into meeting right away as he said he would be even busier later. He was a no-show to the appointment (I waited 45 minutes), and didn't bother to contact me to apologize or rebook despite having my land line, cell number and home address.
