Rudest receptionist I've talked to in a long time. IF you can get her to answer phones, took 8 times to get through on phone. Then would not answer questions relating to son surgery, She left french message on his voice mail, told her he spoke english only. WE live in BILINGUAL CITY, receptionist, you need to move on and let someone younger who can handle answering medical questions to patients.
