No thorough review of heating requirements as advertised. No reference to Amerispec Energy Audit. No reference to NRC ASHP sizing selection guide. No operating cost estimate for an Air Source Heat Pump, even through historical heating costs were provided. Project manager / sales not willing to discuss specs without an installation commitment. No installation guarantee - a failure to inspire confidence.

I am a senior and didn't know very much about heatpump systems. I called around and emailed a few of these hvac companies for information. Some of them didn't call me back and the ones who did didn't answer my questions. Wade Hickey and his employees came by my house many times to discuss installing the heatpump and answered all my questions. This company was very professional and patient with me. I am very satisfied with the heatpump and service. I highly recommend hot frost for heatpumps.

We have used the services of Hot Frost HVAC now on two occasions and without a doubt, the best decision we ever made. Our dual Mini-Split at our cabin as well as our Mini-Split and Pool Heater at our house were installed very professionally. Just want to say had a mini split installed by this company last summer. Received great service from Wade Hickey this summer when one of our units wouldn't go in air conditioning. He came by promptly and corrected the issue. Enjoying it now!

Getting a heat pump was the best investment we have made in our house. We got a Daikin dual mini-split. Our home is warm and so comfortable. We decided to do a lot of research on heat pumps and installers before we purchased. We found the Daikin system and HOT FROST to be the best. The installation by Wade and his crew was very neat and professional. Just wished I had known more about heat pumps when we built our house.
