    They have no office, no washroom just a fenced in area in back of an auto service tire shop. Very rude and confusing when trying to pick up car

    The dispatcher said a truck would be there to help me. The truck drove by. Stopped. Saw me. And drove away. When I called the dispatcher again she said the driver told them that he spoke to me and that they would not be sending a truck out to help me. I was trapped in my truck in the ditch. I understand that the weather was bad but thats when tow trucks are supposed to be out working.
