    Although it didn’t take long to book an appointment, customer service was not their main focus. They tried to upsell us every step of the way (wipers,filter). Technician showed me my fan filter which was covered in leaves, dust and debris. Wanted to sell me a new one for $50! I said no and he put my old filter back without even shaking off some of the debris! I asked him why he would do that and he said “because I want you to buy a new one”! No class! Not coming back here.
