Absolutely terrible people! I am switching doctors. I’ve never felt so disrespected. The staff are mean.

The old doctor obviously sucked. The ones there now are great. Dr.magnusson is the most compassionate, thorough person I’ve ever met. He’s an amazing doctor.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. By far the worst walk-in clinic I have ever been to. The first time I went in I had a terrible cough, and tried to explain that I believed it was whooping cough due to a recent outbreak at my place of work, the doctor refused to do anything but listen to my chest, would not test me, and I later through another doctor was diagnosed too late to stop, so I was sick for 6 months.

All about the money, no care

I have never had such poor medical care. I have been to many walk-ins, never had the experience of a doctor refusing care that would take more than 5 minutes. I came in with a list of symptoms, she pushed it back at me and said "I can't deal with all of this in one day." I tried to explain that they were symptoms, not a "to do" list, but she just got angry. She refused to make a referral because "then she would have to follow it up". Ordered bloodwork, got up and walked out,said nothing. Wow.
