The receptionist was so rude I did not end up booking an appointment. I was told they needed the model number so I dug around and found the manual only to be told that wasn���t a complete model number. And if they couldn���t find the model number when they came the parts wouldnt be available and the service call was $125. There���s no point in spending $125 if they don���t give you any confidence that they will be able to fix it, I���m not wasting my money here.Called Mike���s instead.
