DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I brought my blinds in barely over a year ago for repair, and when one of the strings broke again (and I am very gentle on my blinds) they were unapologetic and wanted to charge me $110 to repair them (last year it was $85). The person was rude, dismissive and condescending. Shoddy workmanship and even shoddier customer service.

We love our powerview Hunter Douglas blinds. Remote controlled for all of them and we can run from our phones thanks to the hub. They're always responsive for any problem, no matter how small....

We orders $8000 in blinds for our new house, $3000 was for 3 blinds to be motorized and when they installed, there were no motors, when we asked what happened they gave us the run around for a week or so then finally admitted the mistake and agreed to install the motors but one of the blinds they said was to big for a motor which they should’ve know when the quote was made and didn’t receive any reimbursement and charges us to reinstall. Do not recommend at all. Very shady owner.
