Called in the evening about my dishwasher was leaking and Randy diagnosed on the phone that the inlet valve on my dishwasher needed to be replaced. He was there the next morning to replace it and was very personable and professional. Would highly recommend him.

I have have the fortunate experience of having Randy fix both my front loading washing machine, in 2008, needed a new pump, and clear the clogged drain. Then again in 2012 he replaced the thermostat in my fridge. I have been in cusstomer service, for over 30 years so I am rather a "fuss budget" and have really high standards. Great, prompt service. Local business owner. He called and confirmed when he was coming, then showed up on time. Left my place cleaner than when he got there too. Takes payment directly with a debit/credit machine. :) Easy! Price was fair, would highly recommend to other people.
