My dryer had broken and the extended warranty I had purchased would not cover it. I was told to call Surdel by a friend as she said it was great. So I did. I explained my situation and he was out the next day and fixed it. I was so pleased with his willingness to help, honesty, professionalism and reasonable prices. Now I have my dryer back and someone to call should the need arise.

My freezer died. ...

My freezer died. He arrived within 2 1/2 hours which was within the time he had stated when I phoned. Wouldn't you know but the freezer started when he plugged it back in but he still kept looking and found the problem quickly, repaired it quickly, and was VERY reasonable for a house call. On top of that, he was very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely use him again for any appliance repair that I may need.

Excellent customer service, Walter knew exactly what I needed (got these oven knobs that are like ancient for 50% cheaper than anywhere else I looked). I just sent him pic of oven. He fixed my fridge and washer for cheaper than others have quoted me with awesome attention to detail. He told me exactly step by step what's going on. I really enjoyed Walters company and would definitely recommend him for any project you got going on.
