    The most painful dental experience I have ever had. Was told that he would stop if there was any pain. If I wanted him to pause I was to simply raise my hand. I raised my hand and Mackie kept pushing the needle into the nerve in my jaw. Excrutiating. His assistant held my arms down. I was not moving anyway. Too scared. My idea of a dental nightmare. Is this even ethical?
