Without doubt the filthiest laundromat Ive ever been in. It used to be good, but the machines are disgusting, the floors are filthy. The dryers vents are all plugged up and full of disgusting old dirt. The staff are juvenile and inattentive. They dont seem to notice how bad it looks. Save yourself the experience. Ill never go back there.

Laundrolounge (LL) has been my laundromat of choice for several years. I drive there from Saanich Rd @ McKenzie. Prices are very reasonable. The owner and employees are engaging, helpful and professional. On one occasion when my attempts failed to clean a rust and oil stained white cloak damaged in storage, the owner herself offered to work on it. The result was better than I had hoped for. There are many dedicated customers like myself who travel across town to do our laundry at LL.

Avoid at all costs!

LaundroLounge is an absolutely terrible place, who hires clothes-stealing thieves, has defective machines which destroy pieces of your laundry, and refuse to be accountable for any of their customer's losses. In short, you'd be much better off taking your laundry to any other laundromat in Victoria, or even washing your laundry by hand in your bathtub, than you would be ever taking it to this 'laundromat', and suffering through the host of nightmares which unfortunately come with it. Avoid.

I've visited for years. Service is always fantastic, and the rates are the best in town. Comfortable place to get laundry done, and they have a great drop-off service. Go once and you won't bother with anywhere else again.

Not impressed at all with my initial contact. The person was not professional, indifferent, and could not give me a comparable of this business to other competitors and missed out of a really good client!
