great disappointment

My wife and I had questions about personal and corporate taxes and made an appointment with Tax Team Canada. Their website looked promising and professional. I asked up front what the fee for an initial consultation was but never received an answer. The consultation itself was very mediocre. Their offices looked shabby. The accountant kept repeating himself, and the information was barely helpful. It looked like he was trying to drag out the meeting. At the end of the session, he printed out an invoice for $168. We paid him half of that, and he let us off the hook. It was a huge waste of time and money.
