The staff at Pacific Western Rail Systems are very helpful and friendly. They are always willing and ready to help you out or explain anything to you. Im new in the model train industry, and when I asked them what types of track I will need for the limited space, not only did they give industry expert recommendations but they explained why one was better than the other. They carry a massive inventory of engines and cars in their warehouse and are able to find the items lickity split! Thank you!

The advise is simple. If you want to buy from a business who cares about their customers look elsewhere. Order online at was lead to believe the manufacturer’s pre order price then 9 months later they charged the regular price when everyone else including the manufacturer still charges the lesser price. Called to ask why and was told nothing short of to bad. If you want product that they dont make then save yourself and order it from a reputable retailer.
