They towed my AWD with the rear tires on the ground and ruined the seals and bearings in the transmission and rear end. Before he towed it, I told him not to worry about damage to the bumper cover, I didn't and don't care about the bumper cover.. but to him that meant he could destroy my SUV and I wouldn't care. To add insult to injury, I ended up paying him over $800 for the services he provided. They acknowledged wrong doing to a point but made zero effort to correct it.

On short notice ... Jimco was closed but took me in ... they did an excellent job of fixing a runner and straightening a bent bracket on my boat trailer ... they made sure the bearings were greased and replaced one ... great price and fast work ... Thank-you Jimco!
