Santa's Chimney Services

I could not be more impressed with Roberts service. He was on time, extremely friendly and professional, gave me a ton of tips about using my fireplace/how to get the best heating in my home, gave me the number to someone I can call for firewood, did a fantastic job at a great price and even gave me repair materials for my fireplace! (seriously! you couldnt ask for more!) I absolutely would recommend him to anyone I know. Thanks for the great work and fantastic conversation Robert!

I waited for 3 months and got the run around- Robert kept saying I was 2nd or 3rd on "list" and it would be another couple of weeks. I waited until early November and by then it was too rainy and cold for the job!

Scheduled a Saturday clean as he did not want to deal with bridge traffic to the Northshore during the week. Had to rearrange my usual Saturday to accommodate him. He never showed up and left no message. Tried to contact him again and his cell was not working. Left a text and never got any response.

We contracted with Santa's Chimney Services to have our chimneys cleaned which they did. We were also hoping to get some specific feedback regarding any repairs that were needed. However we did not get this as we had communications problems the staff.

We had maggots cr...

We had maggots crawling on our floor which were originating from the fireplace. There was also a sickly smell. We called Robert @ Santa's and he was at our house the following day. He removed the deceased Squirrel, swept the flue and sprayed an industrial deodorizer in behind the damper where the animal had expired. He also installed a rain-cap to prevent a recurrence of this unfavourable situation. Robert sweeps our flue every year and we also buy our firewood from him.

Santa's came by to give us a quote to repair our our chimney. Robert was able to diagnose pretty thoroughly what our situation was, explaining what shape our chimney was in, and what needed to be done to bring it up to building code standards. His quote was very reasonable in comparison to the other quotes we got - some just gave it to us over the phone without even seeing it! Would highly recommend Santa's, they definitely know what they're talking about, and especially because they have a life time guarantee.
