We bought a range from Premium, turned out to be defectives, Premium Appliance worked with the manufacture for over 2 month to try and replace the range. We decided we did not want a replacement but a new brand name. Premium Appliance order a new range from another mfg. but unfortunately due to covid we wait 13 weeks and still no sign of our new range. So we had the difficult decision to purchase our range somewhere else. Premium understood so they reimbursed our full amount. Ann and Nick
