The worst experience that I had ever. The manager Soheyla is very snobby and rude.They think about money not the customer. Stay away from them; don't recommend.

Atlas tour and travel trying to hide my refund from Lufthans

After our two tickets cancelled I asked Atlas to refund our money back from Lufthansa. They emailed me that they refunded &600 ($300 per ticket) from Lufthansa . I called Lufthansa and they said they refunded $1455.10. I called Mrs. Sally and told her how much Lufthansa refunded. She gave me another $600 and still she is keeping $255.10 from my refund.They tried to hide real amount of money that Lufthansa refunded for us. They are not answering my emails to refund all my money back.
