Tile Mart

Excellent customer service from salesperson (Guri) at Surrey store. We required only a small amount of tile to finish a project and he was very helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with him after very poor service from the big box stores.

Terrible company I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them... they don’t accept return that they promise...so be aware

Tile mart is a terrible run company, I had to fire there installers and they have now screwed up my stair nosing for the 3rd time and will not take responsibility for anything. Never use tile mart

Wow what a selection!!!

Decent service at first .avneet likes to rush you to pay.and then tells u installer will be there in a day or 2..never happened and the quality of installation was very poor and is still unfinished it's been like 18 months we called soon many times and went to the store even sent emails. Soo many. Excuses but still could not finish our job and I paid in full in advance what a mistake..not recommended poor service ..it's a shame they are doing this

RUN AWAY

Left a big mess and did a total botch job on my kitchen backsplash. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AND SPREAD THE WORD!!!!!!! Horrible! Said they "forgot" to clean up. Manager was supposed to come see the botched job twice and showed up with no call...

Basically the worst customer service and the most upsetting experience with any company we have had to deal with while building our house. Very disappointed in Tile Mart!!!! STAY AWAY form this business and go to any other tile seller. There's a large selection you can choose from, they will easily match or beat their price.

Lazy business person

Very lazy never come on time . Today is Sunday there opening hours are 11pm . Now it's 11.20 still nobody at Abbotsford store. I call surrey for confirmation they are also lazy no body pick up the phone
