I’m not sure why but after numerous calls and messages trying to get a hold of someone I gave up! I don’t understand how someone can’t at least answer the phone or call you back ?

I had a terrible experience with her when I needed to put my dog down. When she arrived at my house she was very cold and business like and treated it like a business transaction. She couldn't find a vein on my dog's legs and ended up poking him multiple times in all four legs. Because she couldn't find a vein she said she had to inject into the liver and when she did misplaced the syringe when injecting him and the liquid sprayed everywhere all over my dog and me. She didn't even apologize.

When it comes time to say good-bye to your loved companion be it a cat or dog,the process is much easier when Dr. Pat does a house call for your beloved pet.

Extremely terrible service and attitude. Unorganized files and poor customer experience. Unfriendly and unhelpful.

Dr. Patt made a difficult day less so with her caring manner and professionalism when she came to our home to help my dog pass. I am so glad I called her rather than going to a clinic.

Very good with animals and soooooo helpful with advice too!

After having my baby put down in my home, I would never take a pet to the vet to have it done again. It was mellow and peaceful and I appreciate it so much!
