The owner was extremely helpful & courteous, and assisted me in customizing my basket to make it perfect for the occasion. She delivered the basket personally to my Dads home. He was delighted with the presentation, contents, and service. I highly recommend this business & look forward to ordering from them again in future. 5 + stars!

Kelowna Baskets is an absolutely amazing value for the Gourmet product you receive! Most of the product is from the Okanagan Valley, which made it very attractive to me, with local artisan product . Convenient online shopping. Very impressive visual presentation - wow. Wine, jams, antipasto, chocolate, smoked salmon, even honey to mention a few. Also the team was willing to substitute any of the items to my liking. If they don't stock it they will go as far as to purchase something specific for a Total Custom Basket. In addition the owner also picked up a Fresh bouquet of flowers for me to add to the gift. If that isn't enough they also deliver personally. I definitely recommend using this company if you are looking to send something special to Your Loved ones.
