Too much business to work when convenient to customer

I arrived at Dan's around 4:45 with an ICBC claim. There were 3 guys behind counter too deep in conversation to notice me. After waiting for 2 minutes I talked with one of the appraisal/service employees. He took a quick look around my car and asked when I'm free for an estimate. I told him that I get off work at 4:30 pm. he didn't want to start a 40 minute estimate at 430. I went to a different body shop at 10 minutes before closing. He took some pics and my info and got my quote ready next a.m

Happy Thanksgiving weekend! I wouldn't be at home with my family if it wasn't for Dan's! Unfortunately the wildlife in the area had me thinking I wouldn't make it back home in edmonton in time, thank you times a million to Greg and the team at Dan's Kamloops collision center! We recently had an accident and almost every airbag deployed. The vehicle had to be towed to Dan's from the Lower Mainland. The service was wonderful. Craig took my (many) phone calls and kept me up to date with progress. I was always treated with respect. The process took longer than I expected due to the need to order parts from the States;we decided to have other work done at the same time and it was exactly as quoted. I would use Dan's again and recommend this company unreservedly.

Great service. ICBC claim handled quickly and my Sante Fe looks like new again. I would go back again...but hopefully I won't need too!
