Great service!!! I’m amazed

I asked for long side swept bangs and she gave me super short blunt bangs. This salon is terrible. Go somewhere else.

I went to the salon with a picture of the hair color & cut I wanted, the color was supposed to be ash and instead I walked out with orange hair. The hair dresser even acknowledged that it wasn’t the right color was at the salon for 7 hrs and walked out very disappointed, I have never had such a horrible exp. I called the salon 6days later to advise I was unhappy and would like for another hair dresser to fix my hair or reimburse me half, I was told the mgr would call me but they never did.

What a nice experience. I told Michaela about previous trouble with dark colour absorption. She made sure I left with no colour on my forehead or face, a great colour, super cut and youthful style. A super friendly staff (owner even circulated with fresh fruit one day)and not rushed through because of overbooking.

I phoned to make an appointment after reading a good review. All i wanted was to lighten my roots, i have an existing Ombre and my roots are still natural...I was also a hair tech... The person on the phone was trying to tell me that i would have to have my roots bleached out because colour would not lift natural...I began to argue, but realized it was not worth my time to bother with these people. It's a shame their staff is not knowledgable enough to answer simple questions over the phone.

i love my new cut and color!The staff are super friendly and knowlegable and were great at helping me find a new look for Christmas.I love the Redken products they recommended for me.I will definetaly be recommending this salon to all my family and friends.
