Dawson has a great attitude and he definitely goes the extra mile for his customers. Before Dawson arrived, I was ready to go elsewhere. Several of the staff members that I interacted with acted like I was inconveniencing them by being a customer. They seemed indifferent and unhappy. Then Dawson arrived, and I could not believe the complete turnaround with the morale. All of a sudden, it seemed like staff members were happy and eager to please. I highly recommend Dawson and his staff.
