Anjen Delivery Services left $4000 worth of furniture on our front door step and drove away without ringing the doorbell while I was sitting inside waiting for them. I am pregnant and was not able to lift the items into the house on my own. I would never recommend this company and was disappointed with the irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour. We had paid them to carry the furniture to the room, put it together and remove all the packaging. I DO NOT recommend using this service.

There were 3 contact attempts made at the time of delivery. Doorbell, knocking & phone call. No answer from any of those. Product was left in such a way that it would not be rained on & we left. We had other appointments to make that day & couldn't wait around. Customer chose a time frame & we arrived in that delivery window as scheduled. All fees related to bringing the product upstairs were refunded at the store level. No other charges were applied because no other service was done.
