Terrible Customer Service
Our receipt never arrived with the delivered part. These things happen, sure, but after 3 email attempts and 6weeks later, I called. After a very dry & unpleasant conversation with their accounts person, they agreed to send it. 2 mins later, a different person (presumably the owner) called and ranted at us, for losing the receipt, and for registering the wrong name upon purchase (even though our name was in the email with the order). We got the receipt eventually, but not after a lot of greif
