Very professional. I've been to many different salons for waxing and Sei Bella is by far the best. They are very clean, thorough, and reasonably priced for the services you receive.

Appalling

Never have I ever been treated so unfairly. After this business failed to provide basic service any business in any industry is expected to provide, they expected me to pay a pricey cancellation fee. Threatening me with "...sending the Collection Agencies after me..." But then again I should give the business some minor credit. After all the owner made clear to me that they had a free schedule they could fit me anytime that day until 9pm. I guess because I work & go to school & couldn't fit in their schedule she had continue pushing for me to still pay for my appointment. That I failed to attend because of their business systems were not in operation. I am disgusted by how these people spoke to me and treated me. I've been a waxer all my life & I enjoy trying new things. Never will I ever try or recommend this particular sugaring spa.
