Terrifying experience at West 4th Avenue location, abusing staff (very young male employee - refused to give his name) including incompetent manager (middle-age woman, also declined to identify herself) who could not manage stuff. The case has been brought to the headquarters attention. AVOID West 4th Vancouver location at all cost.

I had a complicated transaction to complete today with moving from the USA. I went in expecting a nightmare BUT Annika and Elmer complicated the transaction quickly & efficiently. It was a great experience and I thank them for the kindness, patience and professionalism. Sharon also participated in checking all the documentation so nothing was missing. I would highly recommend this office for any insurance or licensing needs.
