Vancouver Island Potters' Supply

An enjoyable experience. Used to be hit or miss with customer service a couple years back but now every time is wonderful. Very helpful and friendly staff and always the supplies on hand I need. On the off chance it's not, it's ordered in. Store is bright, clean, and organized. Excellent sister store to Green Barn.

Awesome changes in customer service!

Wow! Customer service has drastically improved! I'm now met with a smile and helpful advice instead of feeling like I was a nuisance and incompetent. Now, rather than driving long distances to get my supplies, it's nice to stay local and be treated with respect. Bev has turned this place around! Thank you!

Meh.

Customer service is hit or miss (mostly miss), but there are lots of supplies to choose from. I tend to shop elsewhere if I can. Prices are on the high side as well. Only go if you've no other option and only buy the minimum.
