    I think they have a new reception lady, she was really nice and I actually got my stuff at a reasonable time. So YAY I think things are starting to look up =)

    I also wish there where zero stars! No one picks up the phone Then you have to wait forever for them to maybe call you back Receptionist is a rude jerk Once you've waited the 2 or more hours for a call back you have to wait another 2 or more hours for anything to show up! Everytime I use the service I hate it more! I wish I didn't have to use kyte! We need another service that delivers non food items!!
