Stitch Well

I heard about Stich Well from a friend, and because I have lost weight in the last 8 months, I thought I would get some of my favourite suits, pants and shirts altered to fit me and donate the rest. I dealt with the owner, and I can only say WOW what excellent service and excellent tailoring. She even suggested I get one pair of each done and see how u like the fits and then bring in the rest. That’s honesty and customer service with a smile. I have now taken the rest of clothes in to be done

Terrible service! Was told to take my garment elsewhere.

Had a terrible experience with the lady owner who serviced me. She accepted my garment, advised it would be done after 1 week. So after 2 weeks I came in to pick up my garment; not only had she not fixed it as promised (the zipper was broken) she had not called me to explain she would need to put in a little more work to fix(her reason for not fixing it) but now after 2 weeks I'm expecting the garment to be ready. So when I asked why I wasn't called to inform she tells me to take it elsewhere.
