We went in to look at the tiles last Friday after seeing some we liked online. We were in the store for 15 minutes, we recieved no hello from any of the staff. In fact the girl at the desk just kept looking down when we said hello. The other assistants did not even bother to ask if we need help, or to say with will be with you in a moment. After 15 minutes we walked out. If the customer service is that bad to begin with I do not want to give this company my money.
