    I dealt with both...

    I dealt with both Glen and Jim and they were easy to deal with. No pressure and they gave me a sweet deal because I was getting some carpet done in multiple rooms in my house. Installation was top notch, they even installed my linoleum that I wanted in the corner for a small fee, great work. Call them today, you'll be glad you did.

    Quality ok but no follow up on defects

    Work wasn't done to contract spec's and vendor was asking for more to do less. Have tried getting someone to discuss issues since installation in May but no one returns calls. Made mistake of paying (under pressure) before final inspection. Gave up on getting any response from company and will be looking for a competitor to come in and fix deficiencies.
