Work left incomplete: excavated dirt piled near basement window ungraded, major crack had visible gap despite being quoted as fully filled. After payment, Kirk became unreachable for 1.5 months, ignored calls/texts, refused timelines. When given ultimatum, he promised documents the following day. Zero invoice, warranty letter, or work report provided. Pattern of dishonesty evident. Untrustworthy and unreliable.
