Personality VS Quality of service
If this was based solely on personality, this salon would get 5 stars! The people were great, no question. I had a new set of gel nails and a waxing. The lady that did both was fantastic, very nice, polite and enthusiastic. At a certain point over my nail appointment (that ended up being 2+ hrs), I thought "oh man, I'm going to have to get these re-done!" I haven't had then re-done yet and I've had them for less than a week - 3 nails have cracked, I see the nail because the tip was on the edge of my nail and 90% of my nails are lifting. My eyebrows are cleaner than what they were, but they aren't shaped. Overall, I paid $115 and was very disappointed with the quality.
