I don’t have any family doctor there but when I phoned online hours was showing open 9am I was calling since exactly 9am finally someone answered my called 9.15am then I ask earliest appointment they booked me 10am. When I went to see my appointment was with doctor gill . I was not happy he don’t have any good knowledge to provide patient I said I am so sick can’t even go to work . He said it’s viral flu I will get more verse just take Advil you will be feel better after it will get verse in 6d

What good is a contact number if nobody’s answering the phone?!

Couldn’t rate less than 1star Don’t go, no help, don’t think has any profession in medical. Went in about not hearing in my left ear (which has had history of ear infections). Was asked if I had plugged my nosed and blown yet, said “no” told me to give a try, that was it.... went to my REAL dr, and had tests done...

Dr Lim has been my family doctor for years. She’s awesome. Very smart, very caring. 10/10 would recommend.

Reception staff is not educated enough . They wrote down all information wrong . They need more training

Got a call this morning from this clinic telling me that my son needs a sleep apnea machine. I was so confused. I started asking when was my son at that clinic as I don’t recall and feeling nervous I couldn’t think properly. The receptionist or whoever the person that called was told me my son had been there in 2014 for a rolled ankle. Right name wrong patient. Very disturbing! Got a call back with an apology after they check with the doctor who is on holidays. Yikes!!!

Terrible experience with Dr.Gur Sharan Gill,very rude and impatient,without listening to patients problem just moved out of the room.Never expected this kind of rude behaviour from a doctor.

there is at least one very very good doctor in this group and I see him. He really cares and he really listens. Great experiences since I have moved to this clinic.
