This is a long story but I will try to sum it up. We decided to upgrade my engagment ring. Bought a beautiful ring and you could not see the flaw. Then we bought two bands for each side, and then sent them away to be saudered together. when I finally got my ring back the diamond had a large crack in it and you could litteraly move it around in the setting with your fingernail. They did replace it but with a much lesser quality diamond that looks like it is cracked in half. Terrible! Shop elsewhe

Terrible service. I sent a ring out to get sized and repaired, which took three whole weeks and didn't even get done till the night before the pickup date, and cost $250.00... The sizing was wrong, and after inspection from another jeweller, we were told that the repair was done wrong- the goldsmith was able to point out weak spots in the gold, and show us a few diamonds were replaced without my knowledge. We were also told that we were charged way, way too much for what needed to be done.
