Herbers on Parson road is one of the best companies to deal with. The customer service is rated on the high end of excellence. I was impressed with each of the service representatives I dealt with as they were respectful of my time and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. I was delighted to have my vehicle checked over so thoroughly as the service repairs were completed with great regard to detail. I was advised to the time required and they kept their word. Nice job!

Just Don't.

Our insurance company recommended Herbers after our accident (front end damage only). The paint was scratched from bumper to bumper when we got it back. The bumper that they replaced had a 1/4" gap on one side due to the clips not even being done on it. Multiple electrical issues afterwards. The damage to the paint and shoddy mechanical repairs were so bad we had to open a new insurance claim to have a different body shop fix the vehicle properly. DO NOT bring your vehicle here.
