Crosstown Chrysler

I went in for recal warranty work, and asked them to give me an estimate on a tune up. I booked the apt for a Sat. and phoned to confirm it and they told me they used the part they ordered for me on someone elses truck and that I had to rebook for the next week. Not happy, I did. They did do the work and upon leaving they gave me a 2 page list of all the things my truck needed - not 1 word about a tune up. While I waited a salesman came around bugging me about trading my truck in. Never again!
