Took rings in to check claws & replace diamond - 9 days later diamond fell out - he had put smaller diamond in & apparently squeezed claws causing ring to crack - Marlborough location- owner was extremely rude & would not stand behind his work - said not his fault - would never recommend them!!!

Very friendly, pleasant Staff. Not pushing things on you, plus have goldsmith on site.

My fiancé and I brought my engagement ring here to get sized, it took less than an hour with fantastic customer service. My hand must have been swollen because the next day my ring was very loose, we brought us back and 20 minutes later it was sized a second time, no charge. They were only concerned with our happiness. It was a fantastic experience and we will definitely return there to purchase our wedding bands!!!
